International Convention 2025: North American External Staffing Application

Every February, BBYO recruits a talented team of alumni, parents, college students (at least one year removed from high school), Jewish professionals, and friends of BBYO to staff and enrich the overall experience of International Convention for thousands of teens from around the world. We can’t do it without dedicated, dynamic, and enthusiastic role models like you.

This application is for North American volunteers who wish to stay-on site and fully staff IC 2025 in Denver, CO, from February 11, 2025 to February 17, 2025. If you are based outside of North America, and would like to explore staffing IC, please connect with your country director. If you are a BBYO professional (FT/PT/intern/JCC – anywhere in the world) please do not apply on this form. We’ll confirm your attendance at IC 2025 internally.

This IC External Staff Application is now open through Tuesday, October 1st.  If selected to staff International Convention 2025, you will be required to complete all BBYO compliance credentials and registration for IC staff.
